May Sharma

As a Grade 12 full IB student at Lillian Osborne High School, May Sharma exhibits a profound commitment to environmental sustainability. She channels this passion through various avenues, co-founding a company in Junior Achievement that promotes sustainability with comfort, educating peers about environmental law in Youth Leaders in Law, leading ReGenYEG, an environmental organization, to transform her school community to be more environmentally sustainable, and fostering citizen involvement by directing clean-up events in the City of Edmonton's Youth Council. As a proactive member of CYC, May engages directly in political policies to understand the grassroots of environmental change. Eager to share her knowledge and passion, May looks forward to contributing to LoDown Live.
